Why wait for Fat Tuesday; I need a Pączki now :) They’re one of the few things that I miss from Ohio. I may need to try one of the recipes online, though I doubt they’ll be nearly as good as the real deal.

Now way to replicate or duplicate. Nothing is like the original. We both know that since we both haven’t lived at home for a lllooonnnggg time brother.
I grew up in Buffalo which has a huge Polish community and I’m not sure how I hadn’t heard of Pączki. Sheri saw them advertised in a grocery ad and I had no idea. They look pretty good except for the granulated sugar. :)
Chris, you’ll have to try them. The one’s I’ve had in the past had either the granulated or the powder…go for the powder, but settle for granulated if no choice ;)
